Extensions

Extension requests should be submitted to the Doctoral Commission of the PhD program using the standard form application for extension.

The reasons for requesting the extension must be justified with clarity and precision in the form.

Additionally, a document with the the following information should be provided:

1. An updated Gantt Chart compared with the original from the Research Plan.
2. List of publications: Accepted (indicating DOI and Impact Factor) and others currently under submission.
3. List of deviations and contingencies.
